Hawaiian Telcom recently launched a brand campaign to connect with audiences on an emotional level. The campaign “When We Connect” features the authentic personal stories of 10 Hawaiian Telcom employees, sharing how they connect in Hawai‘i. In this episode of Chats That Matter, Executive Director – Marketing Communications Jamie Kawamoto and Interactive Marketing Manager Chris Domaloan talk about the creative forces that shaped this unique campaign and how it provided an opportunity to fine-tune the company’s social media strategy and launch its presence on Instagram.
