On the morning of Friday, March 13th, a company-wide e-mail announced a startling new reality: In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, Cincinnati Bell was moving to work-from-home status – effective immediately. Some of us remained on the frontlines – retail store staff, NOC engineers, call center workers, field techs – there to support customers who now depended on connectivity more than ever. But many of us gathered up our monitors, said “see you soon” to our cube mates, and headed home, where we’ve remained. As we re-open our offices for those who wish to return, Senior Communications & Media Relations Manager Josh Pichler spoke to CEO Leigh Fox about leading us through a pandemic and what happens next.
